The following are a few testimonials we have received from satsifed customers.

Ann Imbeah –  ‘The tradesman was very professional and easy to work with.  He endeavoured to ensure I was satisfied with what he has done and that my needs were met.  I shall not hesitate to call him should I need help with work in the house in future’.
Ian Frenchman – ‘Did a very simple job with high quality and professionalism.  Friendly and chatty, very easy to get on with.  Will use again and recommend to others’.
Jackie Hancock‘The service was excellent, the workmanship was of a high standard.  We were initially apprehensive using Rated People but we will do it again.  We would highly recommend J&S Carpentry’.
Shirley and Martin Chiles‘J&S Carpentry have now completed various jobs for us and all were done in a professional manner.  We have had new solid oak internal doors installed, re-sited a loft door, built a floor to ceiling double cupboard (including shelving) and replaced & installed a new garage roof (including replacing the beams).  We would thoroughly recommend J&S Carpentry, always polite & reliable, tidy and clean worker and at very competitive prices.
Marzanne Fullerton – ‘Our custom-built desk was completedfrom quote to finish in 5 days. It’s exactly what we wanted. John is very professional and was able to give good advice. The quality of his work is excellent and i would certainly recommend him.

Kate Price – ‘Had one wall papered and skirting boards fitted in the whole downstairs area. Arrived on time, were professional, paid great attention to detail and importantly the work looks fab. Great service by J and S Carpentry. Will be using again and will recommend to friends‘.
Ian Telfer‘An excellent and professional service; I can not rate this person high enough he was prompt, courteous and the standard of his work is extremely high. He came to hang four internal doors, I have already asked him to change all our other doors and quote for a complete bathroom refit. Thank you and I highly recommend him.’
Alexis Bel-Barko -‘Turned up on time, did the job and gave me advice on other work I needed doing. Will be using them again in the future.’
Mike Ridgwayy – ‘John completed excellent work for us on two recent jobs – replacing locks and fitting acrylic bathroom panels – both at very competitive rates. John was very good at contacting us regarding when he would be available to do the work and also checked whether it was possible to carry out some work earlier than he originally planned. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to other potential customers.’
John Bozart – ‘We had two major, inter-related projects: ripping out our old kitchen (units, ceiling, floor, lighting, oven/hob etc., electrics…) and starting again with a completely new/different design, and tearing down an old lean-to outhouse which joined the kitchen and lounge and replacing it with a bespoke-built oak-framed walk-through conservatory. We talked to a couple of companies, and were distinctly unimpressed. By the end of our first meeting with John and Geoff, though, we knew we’d found the right people. They took on both projects. They listened to what we wanted to do – and added their own ideas, which brought real value. They are brilliant at what they do – and there’s nothing we’ve found that they can’t do.  John and Geoff are hugely professional, with an eye for detail and a meticulous approach to craftsmanship that does them enormous credit. The results they achieved far exceeded what we thought was possible. Their ability to turn half-baked ideas into a reality is unsurpassed.  We couldn’t be more delighted with how the kitchen and conservatory now look. What could have been a nightmare project – it took a fair while to complete, and was (inevitably) disruptive to the running of the house – turned out to be (almost) fun: they did their best to minimise any inconvenience.  The two of them are a real pleasure to have on-site.We’d have absolutely no hesitation in having them back for any future project, large or small. To say they come with the highest recommendation is probably an understatement’
